Dripos Rebrand

Dripos is a B2B SaaS platform serving independent coffee shops. When I joined as Art Director, the brand had no coherent visual identity, no social presence, and a website that couldn't communicate what the product actually did.

I led a full rebrand from the ground up — developing the visual system, typography, color language, and messaging architecture — then oversaw a complete website redesign to match.

Website Redesign

When I joined Dripos, the website couldn't communicate what the product actually did. The platform had grown to cover nearly every aspect of running a coffee shop — POS, online ordering, marketing, scheduling, payroll, inventory — but the site wasn't telling that story in a way that resonated with its audience: independent operators who are time-poor, skeptical of tech, and deeply proud of what they've built.

I led the full redesign of dripos.com from the ground up — developing the messaging architecture, visual system, and page structure. Designed in Figma, built in Webflow. All illustration work on the site was created by me, spanning a deliberate range of styles from 3D renders to hand-drawn — a visual range that keeps the brand feeling dynamic without losing cohesion. I also developed a separate editorial direction for Counter Talk, Dripos's publication for coffee shop owners, giving it its own visual identity within the broader brand system.

Founder Stories:
ansā Coffee x Dripos

Conceived, directed, and produced a brand film for Dripos in partnership with ansā Coffee, a shop using the platform based in Soho NYC. We shot on location to capture an authentic owner story and deployed as the flagship video on the Dripos homepage. The film sits at the center of Dripos's social proof strategy, translating a complex B2B value proposition into a human, story-driven format.
